We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Leading Handto join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and supporting team performance on the floor.

This role offers a stableday shift roster, strong team culture and the opportunity to contribute to operational improvement and safety outcomes.

What’s on offer

- Permanent, full-time opportunity
- Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:00pm (long weekends every week)
- Supportive leadership team and established manufacturing operation

Key responsibilities

- Support daily production activities and coordinate workflow on the floor




- Provide hands‑on leadership and guidance to production staff
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and operational procedures
- Assist with inventory movement and material handling
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team performance

About you

- Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Team Leader or Senior Operator role within manufacturing
- Current forklift licence – essential
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality standards
- Reliable, proactive and able to lead by example on the production floor
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
