Local Residential is seeking an experienced Resident Manager to own a portfolio of tenancies at Smith Collective in Southport. You will manage end-to-end tenancy lifecycle, from move-in to move-out, including arrears management, inspections, maintenance coordination and bond finalisation.
Working with Leasing, Resident and Facilities teams, you will balance robust commercial outcomes with a high standard of resident experience, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and residents feel heard.
