Project Administrator
Location: Rockhampton City, QLD 4700
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year (plus superannuation)
Hours per week: 38 hours
Category: Full Time / Permanent
Days/Timings: Monday to Friday – Office Hours (8:30am – 4:30pm)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to support the planning and delivery of our construction projects. Reporting to the project management team, you will coordinate administrative, contractual and documentation processes to help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed timelines and quality standards. This is an office-based role at our Brisbane office, supporting site teams across our active projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support across multiple construction projects

Assist in coordinating project schedules, timelines and documentation
3. Prepare and maintain project records, including contracts, permits and correspondence
4. Liaise with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
5. Support procurement processes, including tracking orders, invoices and deliveries
6. Monitor project progress and assist in reporting on milestones and deliverables
7. Assist with contract administration tasks, including variations and documentation updates
8. Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and project requirements
9. Maintain accurate filing systems for project documentation (digital and physical)
10. Support communication between the office and site teams
Requirements
1. Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in a related field
2. At least 3 years' relevant experience
3. Strong organisational and time management skills
4. High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Robust communication and interpersonal skills
