We have exciting opportunities available at our Bundaberg store for an Assistant Manager and Casual Warehouse Team Member.

About You

For the Assistant Manager, we're looking for a seasoned leader, known for leading and coaching teams to achieve strong results. Having experience in a large format retail workplace (or similar), you're commercially savvy, comfortable with delivering targets and ensuring operational success. You're adaptable, open and genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of your team. Importantly, you understand the value of delivering a Fantastic customer experience!

For the Casual Warehouse Team Member, we're looking for team members who are passionate about making a difference to customers, want to grow their career, and can be relied on to support our teams – sometimes at short notice. You may bring some experience from a customer service, retail or hospitality background, but we are also interested in transferable skills into a retail setting (full training will be provided).

Your New Role

As Assistant Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to directly influence your store's results including sales, safety, engagement, succession and customer experience. It's also a great opportunity to inspire your team to thrive and succeed, but also make sure there's plenty of fun along the way!

As a Casual Warehouse Team Member, you will have an opportunity to learn our end-to-end stock/warehouse operations,



as well as gain exposure to our showroom operation. You'll get plenty of opportunities to advance your career, including the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Retail, fully sponsored by us!

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so flexibility to work multiple days and during peak trade periods is required. Warehouse team members should also enjoy being on the move across both our warehouse and showroom environment and will need to complete a pre-employment medical check.
