PWE Quarry Services are currently seeking an experienced Dump Truck Operator to join their dynamic, successful team based at Nyora, VIC.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for your own and fellow coworkers Safety, Quality and Environmental
- Report any incidents, near misses and hazards immediately to PWE management.
- Punctuality with start, finish and break times.
- Must be able to work in a cohesive team environment .
- Complete site specific inductions.
- Sign on to all relevant SWMS and SOP's.
- Complete documentation where required e.g. Take S's, Timesheets etc.
- Pre-start meeting attendance and consultation with the team every morning.
- Responsible for Continuous improvement. Monitor and analyse operational performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Work inline to all client provided documentation and requirements.
- Performance in conjunction with Legislative Requirements and PWE documentation including Policies, SWMS, SOP's, Management Plans.
Required skills and experience:
- Artic Dump truck operation ticket
- Driver's license and White Card
- Experience working in a quarry setting
- Use of initiative, proactive and organised approached to work
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment (including Drug and Alcohol Testing)
- May lead to full time employment
