About the client!
Join our established clinic with over 30 years of community service. Many of our clinicians have 15+ years with us, creating a collegial, family-like team. Our fantastic Admin Team supports therapists so they can focus on therapy. We offer fortnightly peer mentoring and bimonthly internal PD meetings. Our multidisciplinary team provides holistic, evidence-based care, specializing in childhood disabilities and ASD, and is a NDIS registered provider.
The role:
• Plan and implement speech pathology intervention strategies for a caseload using a range of service delivery models
• Evaluates the effectiveness of speech pathology programs
• Communicates effectively with clients and/or their representatives to ensure
optimal achievement of the client’s therapy goals
• Participates as an active member in all aspects of multi/transdisciplinary team
activities
• Selects, develops,
maintains and evaluates speech pathology physical resources including assessment and therapy tools, educational and promotional resources and programs
• Participates in community education and promotion of speech pathology services as required
• Reports to Mentor and/or Director on matters related to client management and service delivery
• Attends monthly team meetings as directed
• Participates in mentoring and own performance management with Mentor and
Director
Requirements:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in related field
- Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA)
- Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
- Driver's license & access to a reliable vehicle
