Work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team with an exceptionally strong senior team offering support and mentoring as well as the organization providing amazing professional development opportunities for continuous growth. Caseloads are managed to not be to heavy or overwhelming for current graduates or clinicians with lesser experience.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

- SPA REGISTERED Speech Pathologist

- Passion in paediatrics
- Valid National Police Clearance & Working with Children's Check
- Current driver's license & vehicle
- Understanding of working with children who have developmental delays, physical & intellectual disabilities, neurological & mental health conditions
- Must be able to build rapport & maintain relationships with clients & their families
- Problem solving, prioritising, self motivated & time management skills essential
- Ability to work autonomously & part of multidisciplinary teams
