Starting with a single location that quickly became a local favorite, we've expanded to five outlets across Melbourne neighborhoods due to overwhelming customer response and demand for our delicious offerings.

THE ROLE

We're seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Cook to join our kitchen team and help us continue delivering the authentic, high-quality Chinese cuisine that has made us a Melbourne favourite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes in our menu
2. Follow standardised recipes and presentation specifications
3. Maintain food quality and consistency across all dishes
4. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and kitchen sanitation
5. Manage cooking stations during service periods




6. Work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
7. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
8. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
9. Participate in menu development opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

1. Qualification in commercial cookery
2. Previous experience cooking Chinese cuisine
3. Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
4. Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
