Access Equipment Hire Pty Ltd trading as Access Hire is the remote project specialist division of Access Group Australia, boasting the nation’s largest privately owned fleet of specialised access equipment. We facilitate the hire, selling, servicing and transporting of equipment from world leading brands. Specialising in a large range of equipment including: elevating work platforms, telehandlers, forklifts, reach stackers, generators and lighting towers, here at Access Hire we are able to deliver on jobs of any size. Access Hire prides themselves in provided the complete solution to their customers, which includes a specialist Service Department which is operated 24/7, with factory-trained service technicians and mobile vans allowing remote and on-site repairs and maintenance. Also providing a dedicated transport division, Low Loaders Australia, allows equipment hires to be delivered on time, safely and efficiently.

The Role

We are looking for highly motivated Tilt Tray Driver to be trained in the operation of Tilt Tray trucks and in loading, unloading and load restraint for the transport of equipment/machinery.

Responsibilities

1. Safe operations of tilt tray while completing daily deliveries and collection of Access Hire Equipment.
2. Loading and unloading of access equipment.
3. Securing and restraining equipment in a safe manner.
4. Carrying out vehicle pre-start checks.
5.



Transporting equipment safely to and from client sites.
6. Provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

1. Current and valid Heavy Rigid Driver's License (preferred).
2. Previous experience operating tilt trays and working with Access Hire equipment is highly advantageous, however comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidates.
3. Accredited forklift ticket. (preferred)
4. MSIC card (advantageous)
5. EWP ticket is advantageous; however, we are willing to train the right applicant.
6. The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
7. Safe driving record and a commitment to maintain a safe work culture.

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + annually
