About the Role:
We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Operator to join a leading business supplying quality building products to the Australian construction industry.This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor but is ready to take on additional responsibility. You'll support the Warehouse Supervisor, provide guidance to the wider team and step up in their absence.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Assist with daily warehouse operations
- Pick, pack orders, load and unload trucks and containers
- Operate counterbalance forklifts
- Manage and move stock
- Coordinate and guide labour hire staff
- Assist with day-to-day warehouse issues which may arise
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse
- Follow all OH&S; procedures and company processes

Skills & Experience:

- Previous warehouse experience essential
- Current Forklift Licence & relevant experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
- Reliable, honest and safety conscious
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Robust problem-solving and time-management skills
- Building products/construction industry experience advantageous

Benefits & Perks:

- $75,000 - $80,000 + super
- Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm
- Early start and early finish, No regular weekend work
