Marketing Coordinator l Full Time $80,000

We are a agile direct trade store specialising in concrete supplies, trade hardware, and industrial solutions. Backed by 16 years of industry experience and strong networks, our business is driven by a hands-on owner with a genuine approach, a “can do” attitude, and a strong focus on delivering quality products and service to our customers and team.

We are now looking for a motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our small, friendly team and make a real impact in growing the business.

About the Role:

- Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Coordinate and support promotions, product launches, and marketing events.
- Maintain and update website and social media accounts.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and report insights.
- Collaborate with team members to produce marketing materials (brochures, email campaigns, social media content).
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities.
- Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and project timelines.
- Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.




- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and assist with budgeting and invoice processing.

? Experience:

- 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or social media role within a similar industry.
- Understanding of standard social media and SEO principles.
- Experience with WordPress website management.
- Proficiency with HIKE, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar programs is highly regarded.
- Strong professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Above-average Excel skills and Office 365 experience, including Teams.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks.
