The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring the timely, accurate and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payment activities across Boral
Your day will involve:
- Leading a team of Accounts Payable Officers in a high-volume environment
- Conduct regular performance reviews, development planning and coaching conversations
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Prepare to be "hands on" to cover gaps in processes
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve account reconciliation issues
- Driving process improvement within the accounts payable function
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years Accounts Payable experience in a medium to large organisation
- Experience in leading an accounts payable processing team desirable
- Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP platforms
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and financial controls
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
