Indika The House of Tandoor, operated by Gigs and Adhi Pty Ltd, is an authentic Indian restaurant based in Berry, NSW. We bring together the exotic and traditional flavours of India to create an exciting and memorable dining experience for our guests.

We mainly focus on serving mouth-watering, authentic Indian cuisine, prepared using quality ingredients, traditional spices and cooking techniques. We provide a warm and friendly dining environment, making our restaurant an ideal venue for casual dining and special occasions.

Indika The House of Tandoor is currently seeking applications from an experienced and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team at Shop 2/89 Queen Street, Berry NSW 2535.

Key Qualifications & Experience

1. Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or a higher qualification in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 1 year experiences .
3. Relevant professional cooking experience.
4. Solid teamwork, time-management and communication skills.
5. Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a busy kitchen.
6. Good understanding of food preparation, portion control, stock management and kitchen operations.
7.



Experience preparing authentic Indian cuisine will be highly regarded.

What We Offer

The successful candidate will be offered:

1. A full-time position.
2. Salary of $75,000 – $85,000 per annum, negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
