The role
This role is 12mth contract and is a unique blend of education, healthcare communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and deliver high-quality education and training programs for pharmacists, pharmacy teams and healthcare professionals through engaging classroom sessions, workshops and conference presentations.
- Partner closely with the HCP Marketing Manager to deliver annual education and detailing priorities, while creating and maintaining training resources, educational content and detailing aids.
- Translate clinical and scientific information into accurate, practical and compelling learning materials, and provide product education and capability training for Field Sales and Account Management teams.
- Support customer training initiatives across key pharmacy accounts,



build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure all materials meet relevant healthcare communication, compliance and accuracy requirements.

About You
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering engaging training, education and facilitation programs for adult learners, supported by strong presentation and communication skills that connect effectively with audiences of varying sizes.
- Capable of developing high-quality learning materials and educational resources, while translating technical, scientific or clinical information into clear, practical and compelling content.
- Brings a proven ability to influence and build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, alongside excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and quality across all deliverables.
