Boilermaker / Fabricator – Heavy Vehicle & Trailer Modifications (Wendouree Based)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our growing team working across heavy vehicles, trailers, crane support equipment, and general fabrication.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety – from major modifications and fabrication work through to smaller workshop jobs and custom builds.

About the Role

Your work will include:

- Building, modifying, and repairing heavy vehicles and trailers

- Fabrication and construction of crane bog mats and support equipment

- Structural modifications, repairs, and custom fabrication work

- Welding, cutting, fitting, and general workshop fabrication

- Small workshop “tinkering” jobs, maintenance, and one-off projects





- Reading plans/drawings and problem-solving fabrication solutions

- Working independently and taking pride in quality workmanship

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator (or strong proven experience)

- Experience with heavy vehicles, trailers, or machinery fabrication preferred

- High standard of welding and fabrication skills

- Ability to work unsupervised and think outside the box

- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Reliable, practical, and mechanically minded
