Role Overview:
As an Assistant Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing vital support to the Area Manager, ensuring the seamless coordination and efficient execution of project works. Your outstanding organisational skills, multitasking abilities, and effective communication will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth workflow and meeting crucial deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Area Manager to efficiently coordinate and manage project works.
- Schedule a large team of workers across a wide area
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets, with utmost accuracy.
- Foster effective communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations and meet all requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing queries and resolving issues.
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new systems and procedures,
constantly striving for process improvement.
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify areas for enhancement and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and office administration roles, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Possess exceptional organisational skills and an innate ability to prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring smooth project management.
- Exhibit excellent multitasking abilities, enabling you to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
