We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Foreman to take a key leadership role on a major multi-residential apartment project in Redcliffe.
This is an ongoing project with a long-term pipeline, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability and the opportunity to take ownership of a major project.
The role: You will be responsible for overseeing the electrical delivery on site, leading trades and subcontractors, coordinating with the builder and project management team, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate electrical trades and subcontractors
- Manage day-to-day electrical site operations
- Coordinate electrical works with the broader construction programme
- Liaise with the builder, project managers and other trades
- Monitor labour, materials, quality and productivity
- Interpret electrical drawings, plans and specifications
- Identify and resolve site issues
- Maintain strong safety and quality standards
- Drive programme and project outcomes
- Provide leadership and direction to the electrical team
We are looking for an experienced electrical professional with a strong background in multi-residential construction and proven site supervision experience.
Electrical Leading Hand – Caboolture
$65/hr casual for 6 months
Transition to permanent employment with the client after 6 months

4-year multi-residential project
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join a major multi-residential townhouse and apartment development in Caboolture.
The project is programmed to run for the next four years, providing exceptional long-term stability.
The position will commence on a $65/hr casual rate for the first six months, with the intention of transitioning into a permanent position directly with the client following the initial period.
The Role: Working closely with the site and project management teams, you will help lead the electrical workforce and coordinate day-to-day electrical activities across the project.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise electrical trades on site
- Coordinate daily electrical works and priorities
- Assist with planning and sequencing of works
- Liaise with site management and other trades
- Maintain quality, safety and productivity standards
- Read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
- Assist with labour and material coordination
- Support the successful delivery of the project
This opportunity would suit an experienced electrician currently working as a Leading Hand, or a highly capable electrician ready to take the next step into site leadership.
For both roles, you will ideally have:
- Current Australian electrical licence
- Current LVR/CPR ticket
- Current EWP (Scissor Lift) ticket
- Proven leadership experience in office
- Strong multi-residential or commercial construction experience
- Excellent knowledge of electrical installation and construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate trades, subcontractors and stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
