Own end-to-end advice implementation in a busy financial planning office where Xplan is central to how work gets done. This role exists to keep advice moving from strategy to executed outcomes, protecting the client experience and freeing advisers to focus on meetings and recommendations. It will suit a confident client services professional who enjoys follow-up, detail, and getting things finalised properly.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation of holistic advice, ensuring recommendations are actioned accurately and on time
- Manage new and ongoing client service workflows, including client communications and relationship coordination
- Proactively chase and reconcile documentation with clients, advisers, and third-party providers to keep cases progressing
- Support advisers by preparing for meetings and ensuring required paperwork and follow-ups are organised
- Maintain high-quality task and workflow management in Xplan,
with clear notes, status updates, and next steps
- Provide office-based support including client greeting and administrative coordination as required
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning client services, with a solid understanding of the advice process
- Strong implementation experience across advice documentation and follow-through
- Advanced Xplan capability (essential)
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
- Clear, professional communication with clients, advisers, and external providers
- Strong time management and a flexible, service-first approach
- Reality check: this is a hands-on, office-based role involving proactive follow-up and documentation management to keep advice moving
