Warehouse Operations Location: Sydney, Rockdale
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations professional to join a busy freight and logistics operation based in Sydney.
This hands-on role is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight through the depot, including receiving and checking cargo, packing containers, completing freight documentation, airport lodgements and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse environment
- Pick up and check freight, including quantities, weights, dimensions and condition
- Receive, label and accurately record incoming cargo
- Pack and secure FAK and FCL containers safely and efficiently
- Prepare and check sea and air freight documentation
- Complete airport lodgements when required
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
- Coordinate with overseas Operations teams to ensure Sydney jobs remain on schedule
- Maintain accurate records, manifests, tally sheets and cargo tracking
- Report damaged,



missing or incorrect freight promptly
- Follow all WHS procedures and protected work practices
- Assist with general warehouse duties and support the wider team as required

About You
- Previous experience in warehouse, freight, logistics or operations is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment
- Current driver's licence
- Forklift licence is required
- Need C Class license
- Reliable, safety-focused and willing to learn

Training & Development The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete additional training and work towards Dangerous Goods (DG) and forklift qualifications, subject to management approval.
