The Prospect

We’re looking for a technically minded sales professional to own and grow a high-potential territory across NSW and the ACT (predominantly NSW).

In this role, you’ll represent a respected industry brand, work closely with customers to solve complex challenges, and deliver tailored pumping solutions across diverse applications. If you enjoy blending technical know-how with commercial acumen, this is a role where you can genuinely make your mark.

Key Responsibilities

- Present and demonstrate pumping solutions with confidence and technical clarity

- Partner with customers and engineers to understand system requirements

- Develop tailored solutions in collaboration with internal teams

- Support customers with troubleshooting and installed equipment issues

- Grow existing accounts and actively pursue new business opportunities

- Prepare quotations, secure orders, and manage delivery coordination

About You





You’re a relationship builder with a genuine interest in technical solutions. You enjoy getting out into the field, understanding customer challenges, and recommending the right products.

Ideally, you bring:

- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

- 2–3+ years’ experience in technical sales or business development
(experience with pumps, valves, rotating equipment, or food/pharma highly regarded)

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

- A proven ability to meet targets and close opportunities

- Excellent organisation and time management skills

- Solid computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

- A current Australian driver’s licence
