Position Profile: Provides social work services at an advanced practice level as part of a multidsicipliary team. Plans, coordinates, monitors and delivery of timely and culturally appropriate social work services for the West Pilbara including hospital, community, and outreach services.

This is a Fixed Term Term Full Time appointment, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
