The Role

Maintain and operate a fixed modular crushing plant at our Boddington WA site, reporting to the Project Supervisor. You’ll work within a small, experienced crew on an 8/6 day-shift DIDO roster, taking ownership of plant reliability, planned maintenance, and shutdown execution on Metso C125 and HP500 equipment.

- Metso C125 Jaw Crusher

- Metso HP500 Cone Crusher

- Triple Deck Horizontal Screen

- Multiple conveyors and transfer systems

- Komatsu WA600 & WA500 wheel loaders

- Generators and site support equipment

Duties

· Maintain and service Metso jaw/cone crushers, screens, and conveyor systems

· Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic faults across the crushing plant

· Plan and execute shutdown works, component change-outs, and major maintenance

· Monitor plant condition and identify reliability improvement opportunities

· Complete maintenance records, parts ordering, and inspection documentation

Skills & Experience

· Trade qualification — HD Mechanical / Diesel Fitter (Australian recognised)

· Proven crushing and screening plant experience (Metso C125/HP500 preferred)

· Solid hydraulic fault-finding skills; fixed or modular plant background

· Basic Rigging (RB), Dogging (DG), Confined Space, Working at Heights tickets

· HR Driver’s Licence; ability to work DIDO within a small crew
