Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate naturopath to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

As a Naturopath at our clinic, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care in client consultations and developing treatment plans. You will work closely with our Naturopath team.

Our interview process will take place at the end of September for an October start.

Key responsibilities may include:

- Consultations: Prepare and conduct thorough consultations with patients, ensuring a high standard of care and providing naturopathic advice for children’s health and wellness.

- Treatment Plans: Develop individualised treatment plans based on presenting complaints, and test results through supplements, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle advice.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient notes in Practice Better, including recommendations for testing and products.

- Client Communication: Respond to client emails promptly and professionally (practice-related questions only).

- Social Media Content Creation: Collaborate with the clinic’s marketing team to create engaging, educational social media content to promote our services and raise awareness about naturopathy for children's health.

- Google Drive/Practice Better: All clinic-related documentation and interactions are carried out via Google Drive and Practice Better - a streamlined, paperless system for managing patient records and treatment plans.

- Team Meetings: Attend and actively participate in fortnightly team meetings to discuss patient care, treatment strategies, and clinic initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

- Qualifications:





- Relevant qualification in Naturopathy (Bachelor's Degree of Health Science (naturopathy)

- Clinical experience as a practicing Naturopath, with a focus on paediatric care preferred and experience with functional testing

- Strong knowledge of naturopathic modalities (herbal medicine, nutrition, etc.).

- Skills & Experience:

- Located on the Gold Coast for in person consults is a high preference for this hire.

- Experience in preparing treatment plans and conducting consultations independently.

- Proficiency in Practice Better for patient notes and treatment tracking or similar.

- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients, team members, and social media audiences.

- An empathetic approach to working with children and families
