The Opportunity

You will coordinate and optimise employee rosters to ensure effective service delivery, process client administration and intake, maintain accurate compliance records and systems, and provide responsive support to clients, families, and service teams. You will also assist with operational monitoring, reporting, and workforce coordination to support positive client outcomes.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive, detail-focused and able to take responsibility for their role. Training is provided, so if you are a switched-on administrator looking for a new challenge, this role could be for you.

About You

The successful applicant will:

- Have a good working knowledge of the local area.

- Be a skilled communicator who can build rapport quickly using a friendly, confident phone manner.

- Have proven skills in time management, multitasking and prioritising.

- Be able to adapt easily to a constantly changing environment.

- Have the ability to work under pressure.

- Be creative and willing to learn.

- Have experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
