The Role:

Working from our offices in Abbotsford, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This role requires a strategic thinker passionate about vintage-inspired fashion and a deep understanding of contemporary marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead our marketing and social media team in developing and implementing social media campaigns

· Lead and support the marketing team to deliver engaging, multi-channel campaigns

· Assist in the ideation and creation of promotional content for the company’s website and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)





· Attend weekly brand meetings and provide feedback and recommendations on campaign-related processes and strategy

· Assist in expanding and diversifying our customer base by identifying and targeting new demographic segments

· Plan all social media content and ensure it aligns with company and brand values and messaging

· Plan and execute all email marketing campaigns

· Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, artists and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility

· Utilise relevant tools to create reports on the performance of our social media content and campaigns

· Communications to stores regarding marketing when required

· Communication to centres/street precincts when required

· Ensure all events and activations are on brand when required

· Keep in touch with current and upcoming trends and innovations in fashion and the social media landscape and adjust our content strategy accordingly.

Qualifications and skills required:

· Undergraduate, tertiary or equivalent degree

· Retail Marketing experience is an advantage

· Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas

· Strong background in digital/social media marketing in the fashion industry

· Proven track record of delivering innovative social media campaigns that drive long-term results

· Working knowledge of Google Analytics and relevant social media ad managers

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Attention to detail and a good eye for visual aesthetics and design

· Rights to work in Australia.
