About the Role

- Deliver youth support and disability support services in community settings
- Support young participants with daily living, engagement & wellbeing
- Work across Western Sydney locations
- Flexible shifts: days, evenings, nights & weekends
- Apply person-centred and trauma-informed care practices

Key Requirements

- Certificate III / Diploma in Youth Work or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months Youth Worker experience
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)




- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence + transport participants
- Strong experience in trauma-informed & person-centred care
- Reliable, flexible & able to work across all shift types
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship)
