We're seeking an experienced, polished and customer-focused Receptionist to join our Sydney CBD office. Working as part of a two-person reception team, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional first impressions for our clients, visitors, barristers and business partners.

The Opportunity

As one of the first people our clients meet, you'll be trusted to represent the firm with warmth, professionalism and confidence. You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, working closely with another experienced receptionist to ensure our front-of-house operation runs seamlessly.

Your day will include:

- Welcoming clients, visitors, barristers, solicitors and other guests

- Working collaboratively with another receptionist to manage our busy reception function

- Answering and directing a high volume of incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently

- Managing enquiries and ensuring they reach the right team promptly

- Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor arrivals

- Maintaining a welcoming, organised and professional reception workplace

- Providing administrative support across the business as required

- Delivering exceptional service with empathy, patience and professionalism

About You





We're looking for an experienced receptionist who takes pride in creating a professional and welcoming experience for every visitor and caller.

You'll bring:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist

- A confident, professional and engaging telephone manner

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- The ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
