We are seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Cleaner to join our team at our holiday apartment accommodation in Esperance.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has outstanding attention to detail and enjoys creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise holiday apartments between guest stays
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures and surfaces
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, toilets and kitchen areas
- Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces
- Change bed linen and towels
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Replenish guest supplies, including toiletries, toilet paper and other amenities
- Ensure apartments are presented to a high standard for arriving guests
- Report any maintenance issues, damage or missing items
- Follow cleaning procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
- Assist with occasional deep cleaning as required
About You
The successful applicant will:
- Have previous cleaning experience,
preferably in accommodation or hospitality
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards
- Be physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
- Have good communication skills
- Be flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays when required
Experience in holiday accommodation or housekeeping is highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right applicant.
