WHAT YOU WILL MANAGE & LEAD

- This Hospital Specialist Sales Representative position reporting to a Business Unit Manager, based in QLD is a permanent part-time position, working three full days per week across the whole of Queensland and Western Australia (only occasional travel to WA). This role can be based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast.
- You will build trusted partnerships with neurologists, nurses, geriatricians and hospital teams across public and private hospitals and private room settings, influencing prescribing habits to grow your market share.
- You will drive territory growth through strategic account planning, recent customer acquisition and ongoing support for established healthcare professionals.




- You will deliver high-quality clinical education on therapies, appropriate patient selection, and treatment optimisation tools.
- You will work closely with a Nurse Support Service to help healthcare professionals and patients achieve the best possible therapeutic outcomes, including support with reimbursement pathways.
- You will manage a territory budget, customer plans, sales activity and market intelligence while maintaining strong compliance with Medicines Australia, MTAA and relevant reimbursement requirements.

WHAT EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED?

- We seek an experienced hospital specialist sales representative or account manager from the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years’ experience, with a solid track record of sales results, with strong tenure in each role.
- You will be well supported and be joining a small organisation where your ideas are embraced and contribution recognised.
- You will have a full Qld drivers’ licence with full Australian working rights.
