CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to join our clients on a range of major civil infrastructure and earthworks projects across the Sunshine Coast. We have multiple positions available for skilled operators looking for consistent, ongoing work with reputable civil contractors.
These roles offer Monday to Friday work, with occasional Saturdays, 10–12 hour shifts, competitive hourly rates, and the prospect to transition into long-term or permanent employment for reliable, safety-focused operators. Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking operators experienced (but not limited to) operating:
- Moxy's
- Compactors
- Graders
- Rollers
- Front end loaders
- HR Watercarts
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years experience working within a civil construction environment
- Blue/White Construction card
- Current Drivers license and own reliable transport
- RII Machine Operating tickets
- Physically Fit
- Hardworking, reliable, presentable and punctual
What We Can Offer:
- Highly competitive pay rates | $44/hr - $50/hr + Penalties (dependent on position, client and experience)
