A large national property valuation and advisory business is establishing a new Toowoomba operation and is looking for residential property valuers from experienced Valuer through to Director level. The new operation is already backed by extensive existing contracts and committed workflow across residential and commercial valuations. The initial foundation team is expected to include approximately six valuers. This is an opportunity to join at the beginning without carrying the usual risk of starting from zero. The revenue, clients, industry leading technology and national support already exist. The local team and market structure are there to be built.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of an established workflow and defined market patch, with strong technical support and clear progression available
- Manage a larger portfolio and develop key client relationships
- Mentor other valuers and play a meaningful role in building the residential team
- Lead the residential business, recruit and develop the foundation team, and manage key clients
- Help shape the wider Toowoomba operation
- Manage your own workflow and market relationships
About you
- Relevant API accreditation and current or eligible Queensland registration
- Residential property valuation experience
- Robust technical standards and client communication
- Knowledge of Toowoomba, the Darling Downs or regional Queensland
- Strong valuation capability and commercial awareness
