About the Role

The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across IntoWork Group's national service lines. You will support apprentices, employers, job seekers, students and other stakeholders by providing accurate information and seamless support across multiple channels including phone, webchat and email.

This role is a key part of our customer experience function,



ensuring enquiries are handled promptly, professionally and in line with business processes and compliance requirements. You'll also support a range of administrative tasks that help maintain accurate data, efficient service delivery and ongoing business growth.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, this role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, customer interaction and working within a supportive, high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Customer Service

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, webchat and email enquiries promptly and professionally

- Deliver tailored information, guidance and solutions that meet customer needs while supporting business objectives and customer retention

- Resolve enquiries with accuracy, efficiency and a solutions‑focused mindset

- Maintain productivity, quality and service level expectations in line with operational requirements and key performance indicators (KPI's)

Administration & Support

- Complete administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation management and record‑keeping within internal and government systems and databases
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and meets contractual, compliance and quality requirements Process enquiries and requests in line with business processes and relevant guidelines

Compliance, Privacy & Reporting





- Follow State Training Authority guidelines and internal business procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to information security and cyber‑safety requirements
- Support reporting processes by ensuring accurate records and system updates

About You

You will be a confident communicator and team player, bringing:

- Experience in customer service, contact centre or sales‑focused environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative capability with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to change
- Ability to apply critical thinking and show robust initiative
- Resilience, flexibility and a positive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence using multiple systems or CRMs
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support others in a team environment

Desirable:

- Experience in government‑funded programs, apprenticeships/traineeships, or similar service environments
- Experience in Contact Centre environment

Other Requirements

- Satisfactory National Police Check
- Valid Working with Children Check (Employment)
- Full working rights in Australia
- MyGov/MyID level at 'Standard' or 'Strong'
