As our College continues to grow, we are seeking a leader for our Student Wellbeing department in Middle and Senior School.

As a member of the Middle and Senior School Leadership Team, the Director of Students (7-12) will oversee and be responsible for the leadership of student safety, behaviour, leadership, culture, restorative justice and wellbeing. This position reports to the Deputy Principal, Middle and Senior School and will line manage the Wellbeing Team (Student Coordinators). The Director of Students (7-12) also teaches within the Middle and Senior School.

Student Wellbeing and Culture

- Lead student wellbeing, behaviour, pastoral care, culture, leadership, transitions and engagement across Years 7-12.
- Develop and implement strategic wellbeing initiatives, pastoral programs and behaviour frameworks.
- Coordinate support for student wellbeing through effective collaboration, data analysis and targeted interventions.

Student Wellbeing and Culture

- Lead and support Student Coordinators, wellbeing staff and the Wellbeing Team.
- Build staff capability in pastoral care, restorative practices and student management.
- Contribute to leadership development and Middle/Senior School strategic leadership.

Student Engagement

- Partner with curriculum and learning leaders to support student engagement, learning readiness and pastoral reporting.
- Ensure student concerns are managed through appropriate support pathways.

Systems and Operations

- Oversee wellbeing systems, policies, budgets, compliance, records and reporting.
- Lead key student events, assemblies, camps and wellbeing programs.
- Ensure effective supervision, behaviour processes,



student safety systems and operational consistency across Years 7-12.
