ASO5 - $92,122 to $102,456 pa + superannuation

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport plays a vital role connecting people and places in South Australia by managing roads, marine and public transport networks across the State, and builds and maintains the State-owned infrastructure that enables the delivery of essential and significant government services to our community.

The Content Development Officer role is part of the Digital Channels team, within Service Planning and Customer Experience - Public Transport SA (PTSA). The PTSA Digital Channels team manages and delivers PTSA's digital customer experience across web and digital services. The team works across organisation to design, develop, and optimise customer focused digital solutions, using data, technology and user insights to provide accessible, reliable, and intuitive services that meet changing customer needs and support PTSA's strategic goals.

As a Content Development Officer, you will play a key role in delivering timely, accurate and customer-focused information across PTSA's digital channels. You will create, maintain and optimise website content, support digital campaigns, improve search engine optimisation (SEO) and user experience, monitor content performance through analytics, and ensure all communications are consistent with Adelaide Metro's brand, style and tone. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to develop content, provide guidance and training to content editors, and help ensure customers receive the right information through the right channel at the right time.

We're looking for a collaborative and proactive communicator with strong writing and content management skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be organised,



adaptable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy in a quick-paced environment. You'll enjoy working with a diverse range of stakeholders, using data and insights to continuously improve content, and be committed to accessibility, inclusion, teamwork and the values of the South Australian Public Sector.

Education Qualifications / Licences

- Tertiary qualifications in business/marketing/communications/media or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

Special Conditions

- A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.

- Some out of hours and weekend work along with some intra / interstate travel may be required.
