We’re looking for passionate and reliable hospitality professionals to join our team in a range of Casual Food & Beverage and Gaming Attendant roles at The Junction.

- Food & Beverage Attendant - Bistro

- Food & Beverage Attendant - Gaming

We’re seeking people who enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment and genuinely care about delivering great customer service. Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional looking for flexible work or someone looking to build your experience in a vibrant venue, we’d love to hear from you.

For our Gaming Attendant positions, a current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Certification is essential.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your role, you will:

- Deliver professional, friendly and high-quality customer service to members and guests

- Provide food and beverage service across the Bistro, Sports Bar, gaming room and functions

- Take orders, process payments and ensure service areas are maintained to a high standard

- Support gaming room operations and provide a welcoming experience for gaming patrons

- Maintain a clean, safe and presentable venue

- Follow responsible service, gaming, health and safety requirements

- Work closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless customer experience

- Assist with venue set-up, pack-down and general operational duties





- Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere across The Junction

What We’re Looking For

- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service

- Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, gaming or customer service

- The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A qualified attitude and presentation

- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

- For Gaming Attendant roles: a current Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) Certification

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
