About the Role
You will be involved in a range of commercial construction projects, including:

- Formwork installation and stripping
- Reading and interpreting plans and set-out requirements
- Steel fixing and reinforcement preparation
- Concrete pours, placement and finishing
- Screeding, edging and curing concrete
- Concrete patching and remedial works
- Rendering and surface finishing
- Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Working closely with site supervisors and construction teams to meet project deadlines

What We're Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
✅ Proven experience as a Concreter and/or Formworker on commercial construction projects
✅ Experience with formwork systems and concrete placement
✅ Experience in concrete patching and rendering




✅ Current White Card
✅ Reliable transport and ability to travel between sites
✅ Solid commitment to workplace health and safety
✅ Ability to read plans and work from site instructions
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
