As an Officer, Maintenance, you will:

- Independently identify, prioritise and resolve maintenance issues across residences.
- Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets WHS, standards and compliance requirements.
- Deliver timely, customer‑focused service and clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of works, incidents, assets and service histories.
- Support team capability, share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement.

To be successful, you’ll have:

- Hold relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in building or technical maintenance.
- Demonstrate strong technical aptitude, problem‑solving skills and sound independent decision‑making.
- Bring extensive building maintenance experience with solid construction and compliance knowledge.
- Communicate clearly under pressure, collaborate well and manage workload effectively during autonomous shifts.
- Commit to safety, continuous improvement and meet special requirements including after‑hours work, WWCC and warden training.
