We’re on the lookout for an engaging Senior Demand Planner, reporting to the Regional Demand Planning Manager for Australia & New Zealand. In this role, you will own the demand forecasting process for key molecules and brands across our regional portfolio, ensuring an aligned plan between Commercial and Supply Chain. You will take ownership of the Demand Management Review process within our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework, providing critical insights and recommendations that support growth, strategic decision-making, and risk management.
Working closely with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams, you will identify trends,
opportunities and potential supply-demand imbalances while driving continuous improvement across planning processes. As a trusted business partner and regional subject matter expert, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, champion best practices, and help enhance planning capability and process maturity. With Nufarm on an exciting continuous improvement journey across IBP and Supply Chain Planning, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on developing leader to make a real impact and further develop their career within a supportive, high-performing team.

How You’ll Help Us Grow
- As the SME and process champion, supporting the evolution of the demand management and IBP capability across Australia & New Zealand
- Collaborating with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure the Demand Plan is aligned for the rolling 24+ month horizon; processes are in place to prioritise and manage demand where it exceeds supply, clearing slow moving/exit products and managing new product introductions
- Communicating and fostering discussion to achieve consensus demand plan, documenting assumptions with potential upside opportunity and downside risk
- Use and maintain current demand-planning systems to create the best forecast possible using established processes. Support the transition and implementation for upgrading to a new demand forecasting tool.
- Making recommendations to enhance business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
Could This Be You?
You’re an experienced Demand Planning professional with a proven track record of driving forecasting excellence within an IBP environment. You combine solid commercial acumen with deep demand planning expertise, using data-driven insights to influence decisions and deliver accurate, high-quality forecasts that support business performance. Previous experience with Oracle Demantra is highly desirable.
A natural relationship builder, you thrive in cross-functional environments and have a talent for bringing stakeholders together to achieve a common goal. You’re comfortable challenging the status quo, leading change, and driving continuous improvement, all while maintaining a hands-on approach. Highly analytical and solutions-focused, you can identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
