About the Role

As the Manager, Admissions (Performance and Quality), you'll play a key leadership role in driving quality, compliance, performance and continuous improvement across the University's admissions function. Working closely with Admissions leaders and key stakeholders, you'll lead initiatives that improve service delivery, strengthen governance, enhance reporting and insights, and ensure admissions processes remain efficient, compliant and student-focused. You'll also lead a small team and contribute to building capability across the broader Admissions function.

About the Team

This role sits at the heart of the University's Admissions function, leading initiatives that strengthen quality, compliance, governance and operational performance. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the institution, you'll use data and insights to identify opportunities, influence decision-making and drive continuous improvement across admissions processes and service delivery.

What You'll Bring

- A relevant degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience.
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance, governance or operational performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- A proven track record of driving process improvement and change.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into practical solutions.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in reporting tools, enterprise systems and Microsoft Office.

Role Details

- Employment type: Fixed-term or Permanent/Continuing | Full time or Part time (include FTE/end date if applicable)
- Level 6/7: $96,898 - $119,986 + 17% Superannuation
- Position Description
- Location: Wollongong Campus / Hybrid
- Valid Australian work rights required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
