Your next career opportunity
In this senior leadership role, you will shape integrated sport operations that enhance student wellbeing and participation. You will lead diverse teams, optimise facilities and drive sustainable growth across Melbourne University Sport's core services.

What you will deliver:

- Lead development and execution of sport operations strategy, ensuring sustainable, high-quality and financially viable services.

- Drive integrated planning, budgeting and performance frameworks across programs, facilities and services to meet participation and revenue targets.

- Oversee safe, compliant and optimised sport and fitness facilities, including capital projects, maintenance and asset lifecycle management.

- Build strategic partnerships across SASS, faculties and external bodies, strengthening capability, innovation and service reach.

- Provide authoritative reporting, insights and advice to senior leaders, enhancing governance, risk management and continuous improvement.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Bring significant leadership experience in sport, fitness, wellbeing or related operations, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.

- Demonstrate success designing and improving integrated sport or fitness programs that lift participation, experience and wellbeing outcomes.

- Exhibit strong financial, analytical and planning skills, interpreting complex data to inform operational and strategic decisions.

- Apply deep knowledge of governance, compliance,



risk and safety frameworks in sport and fitness environments.

- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, embedding accountability, inclusion, innovation and continuous improvement cultures.

- Manage complex facilities, programs, budgets and workforce planning while balancing service quality with financial sustainability.
