Position: Supervisor - Piling

Location: NSW & QLD (Our head office is in Arundel on the Gold Coast) - MUST be willing to work away from home & have broad availability

Employment: Full-time

Renumeration: Hourly rate covers the first 8 hours, with overtime applying from there; plus allowances (Living away from home + Mileage + Travel + Accom + Overtime + Potential for weekend work)

The Role:
We’re expanding our Piling & Ground Engineering division and seeking a seasoned Piling Supervisor to lead our crews on diverse and exciting projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with proven experience in Bored and CFA piling, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of site operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise Bored and CFA piling operations across multiple sites

- Drive project delivery to meet deadlines, budgets, and safety standards

- Coordinate crews and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations

- Liaise with engineers, project managers, and clients for seamless execution

- Conduct site inspections, manage risks, and uphold compliance standards

- Solve operational challenges and maintain accurate site documentation

About you:
If you've spent your career mastering Bored and CFA piling and you're ready to step into a role where your technical knowledge and leadership actually count for something, this one's for you. We're looking for a Piling Supervisor who takes safety seriously, leads by example, and knows how to keep a crew moving with precision and confidence.

The Essentials:

- Solid experience in Bored and CFA piling

- Solid leadership and team coordination skills

- Technical knowledge of piling rigs and equipment

- Willingness to travel and work away from home

- Sound understanding of Australian WHS regulations

- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Valid White Card and Australian driver's licence

- Full working rights

- Drug and alcohol-free status

Highly Regarded Skills

- Operation of piling rigs (e.g., Soilmec,



Casagrande)

- Experience with concrete and grout pumps

- Driven timber and steel pile experience

- Basic mechanical aptitude

- Excavator, EWP, Working at Heights, Dogman, HRW tickets
