THE ROLE:

- Generate leads via cold calling, networking & outreach
- Convert prospects into signed managements




- Build solid referral partner relationships
- Conduct rental appraisals & advise landlords
- Represent the agency at events & meetups
- Keep CRM updated with leads & activity

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Valid QLD Driver’s Licence
- 2+ years’ experience as a Real Estate BDM
- Driven by growth and success
- Excellent communication & time management skills
