- Has solid roofing plumbing experience

- Takes genuine pride in their workmanship

- Is reliable and takes ownership of their work

- Communicates well with customers, the office and the rest of the team

- Can confidently work independently when needed

- Is equally happy working alongside and supporting their teammates

- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team

- Values a workplace built around respect, support and teamwork
