Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated management experience in a high-end dining venue
- Must be available on evenings and weekends
- Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced service setting
- Strong leadership skills, with experience training and developing large teams
- Passion for hospitality, creativity, and contributing to the continued evolution of Woodcut
- Exceptional personal presentation in line with a premium dining environment
- Outstanding guest engagement and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
- Solid product knowledge and operational management skills
- A current (or ability to obtain) NSW RSA Certificate
