CGC Recruitment are looking for an Experienced Carpenter to a join a High End Residential builder based in the Inner West. The have been delivering new builds and renovations for nearly 20 years from to $3m to $10m across the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Northern Beaches.

With multiple projects running at the moment, they are looking to bring in experienced carpenter / lead carpenter to work across projects from the Northern Beaches to the Eastern Suburbs.

The Role

- Working on high-end architectural homes
- New builds, alterations and additions
- First and second fix carpentry
- Detailed finishing and architectural carpentry
- Reading and working from architectural drawings
- Working closely with the Site Manager and wider construction team
- Maintaining a high level of quality and site presentation




- Working on technically challenging and detail-focused projects
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

About You

- Qualified Carpenter with solid industry experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Carpenter
- Strong high-end residential background
- Excellent attention to detail and quality of workmanship
- Confident reading plans and architectural drawings
- Comfortable working on complex residential projects
- Reliable, professional and takes pride in their work
- Own tools, transport and White Card
