About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Distribution team at our Clayton manufacturing facility.

Shift: Afternoon Shift – 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, this is a permanent, hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will lead by example, working alongside your team to ensure products are received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and efficiently.

This is an on-site position and, due to the operational nature of the role, working from home is not available.

About the Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team while ensuring the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and in line with company standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising the daily warehouse operation to achieve safety, service and productivity targets.

- Working alongside the team undertaking picking, packing, receipting, loading, unloading and dispatch activities.

- Planning workloads and allocating resources to meet customer delivery requirements.

- Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment when required.

- Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), manual handling procedures, housekeeping standards and company policies.

- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members while fostering a positive, accountable and safety-focused culture.

- Coordinating inbound and outbound freight,



inventory movements and warehouse transactions.

- Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and investigating stock discrepancies.

- Liaising with transport providers and drivers to ensure efficient freight movements.

- Responding promptly to operational issues, damaged stock and workplace incidents.

- Providing regular updates and performance reporting to the Distribution Manager.

- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse or distribution team.

- A minimum of five years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.

- A current Forklift Licence.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and dispatch processes.

- A sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.

- Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- The ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced operational environment.

- A qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (desirable).

- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
