With the ongoing growth of this Wealth Management firm evident, the senior management team feel it is the right time to secure the services of another experienced Client Services Administrator to join their ever-expanding team.

About The Role

Providing administration support to one or two of firm’s Financial Planners, versatility, flexibility and great customer service will be your keys to becoming an effective member of the firm as will be your eagerness to learn and engage. Your familiarity with what happens within a Financial Planning/Wealth Management business will be imperative to your success in this role. If you have some experience with Xplan, even better.

Combining a variety of administration tasks, your strong commitment to detail, deadlines and efficiency are paramount. Working alongside Management and the existing administration team, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and reviewing documentation in readiness for client meetings
- Speaking with clients on the phone and in person
- Liaising with external service providers via phone and email
- Updating the client database daily




- Lodging documentation to various government and financial institutions
- Implementing Advice Strategies

About You

You will find that you are working with supportive colleagues, managers and advisors who really want you to succeed. Put simply, if you are eager to work in a professional and fun work environment, all you need to bring is your passion and previous industry experience.

Along with a broad administration base, you will also possess excellent MS Office knowledge along with highly effective verbal communication skills. A minimum of two years working within a Financial Planning/Wealth Management setting will provide the foundation skills you need to make a positive impact/transition within this firm.

As this role has a high level of “people” contact, candidates with a friendly and confident personality tend to do well within this business.
