Main Duties:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential aged care service
- Drive strong clinical governance, quality and compliance outcomes
- Mentor nurses, care staff and frontline leaders to build a high-performing team
- Champion person-centered care and robust connections with the local community
- Oversee service performance, workforce planning and operational priorities
- Build a positive culture focused on quality care, accountability and teamwork
- Ensure the service continues to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements
Essentials
- Strong leadership experience within residential aged care or a similar healthcare environment
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification OR solid residential aged care/healthcare management experience
- Experienced Care Managers with strong clinical reporting backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and communities
- Ability to lead, coach and support a multidisciplinary team
