We're seeking a motivated and experienced Electrician to join our WA Maintenance Team based in Kwinana Beach. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industrial environment where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations running safely, efficiently and reliably while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to plant and equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting faults and restoring operations quickly and safely.
- Leading and coordinating a small team while working with limited supervision.
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance across site assets.
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on industrial plant and equipment.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
- Working closely with operations, maintenance teams and contractors to deliver safe and efficient outcomes.
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements.

To Be Successful in This Opportunity, You Will Have:

- Electrical trade qualifications with industrial maintenance experience.
- Proven experience within an industrial, manufacturing or mining environment.
- Solid fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, plant and machinery.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and contractors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine commitment to safety and workplace compliance.
- A current driver's licence.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
