We’re looking for an inspiring and passionate Floor Manager to join our MECCA Double Bay team on a full time basis.

This is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role within one of Sydney’s most iconic retail destinations, working alongside the Store Manager to inspire a high-performing team and create exceptional experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.

What you’ll be doing

As a Floor Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing the MECCA experience to life. You’ll:

- Partner closely with the Store Manager to lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Lead from the front, setting the standard for service, performance and culture on the shop floor.

- Coach, mentor and develop your team through regular feedback, training and on-the-floor leadership.





- Create an environment where team members feel motivated, empowered and inspired to do their best work.

- Engage your team to deliver against key business priorities and KPIs while living our MECCA values every day.

- Help build a culture where both our customers and our people feel genuinely cared for.

What does success look like?

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

- Have previous leadership experience in a large-format or high-volume retail environment, with the ability to inspire and lead large teams.

- Bring a genuine passion for exceptional customer experiences and love creating those little moments of MECCA magic.

- Are an experienced coach who knows how to develop capability, build confidence and bring out the best in others.

- Lead with energy, authenticity and accountability.

- Genuinely care about people and are committed to creating an exceptional team member experience.

- Are commercially minded and motivated by achieving great results together.
